Do you spend unprofitable hours in the shop making square edge laminate tops
wishing you could do postforms? Do you work for a postform shop and wish you
could afford the equipment to work on your own and keep the profit you
generate instead of giving it to your boss?
I did too.
So I came up with equipment to quickly and portably deal with backsplash
tops, bar tops, any laminate top. A typical kitchen takes about 2 hours to
build. I do most full installations in a day. I'm earning two to three times
what I made working for my old boss. You can too.
The equipment I use allows me to cut and finish postformed laminate blanks
into finished countertops on site or in the shop. Miters, off-miters,
straight cuts all done easily right off the back of the truck. I work out of
a two car garage and the tooling and blanks fit into a short bed pickup. I
make more than twice what a carpenter makes in my market. Usually a lot
more.
