Post formed laminate countertop finishing system
Pictured left to right:
Drawbolt mortise template, alignment square, 16 inch circular saw with
performance modifications, saw guide, work table with support rails and
blade cutouts.
How it works:
A counter top slab is placed upside down on the work table
and securely clamped. The square is used to position the saw guide to cut
from the bullnose toward the backsplash and fastened with screws. The slab
is positioned on the table with the cut path aligned over the appropriate
blade cutouts. The saw is used to make a cut that is perfectly straight,
completely free of chipping or tear-out and that results in an exceptional
miter joint, butt joint or end cut. The drawbolt mortise template is used
to make sturdy bolt cutouts that clamps tight and doesn't chip off.
